#21 day fix meal idea

Spaghetti squash–

Microwave full squash for 2 minutes.

Cut in half. Clear out all seeds.

Microwave each half 4-5 minutes. Let cool.

Take fork and scrape out (will look like thin noodles).

Add to your meal — replace with any meal that uses noodles!

Tonight I put shrimp and broccoli over top.

  • Fix containers- 2 green. 1 red.
